My Mini Hospital (MMH) strives to give back to youth outdoor programs. Almost every member of our team was a part of Scouts, JROTC, Venture, and more. We want to support the youth of today by providing access to resources that help make adventures as safe as possible. 

You can secure discounted medical supplies for your group or organization by:

1. You are a US based organization that works primarily with youth or students. 
2. Write at least 500 words about the trip, activity, or group using the supplies.
3. Find a group photo with from one of your recent activites.
4. Black out identities
5. Complete the photo release.
6. Submit the form.
7. Wait 2 to 3 business days for review.
8. Discount code will be emailed to the form submitter.
