When mobility is the mission, your feet can’t fail. Built for ruckers, preppers, and anyone who may have to walk unplanned distance, this compact kit prevents hotspots, manages blisters, and keeps dressings locked down through sweat, grit, and miles.

Built for distance under duress

  • Get-home/bug-out ready: engineered for 20+ miles of hard movement when your feet aren’t prepped
  • Two-surface strategy: protect the foot and reduce shear inside the shoe with PTFE glide zones
  • Ruck-tested hold: high-adhesion tapes and fabric bandages that stay put under weight and heat
  • Clear, step-by-step Treatment Pamphlet and materials for multiple blisters

What it does

  • Prevent: Powder and skin barrier prep reduce moisture and friction
  • Treat: Clean, dress, and, if trained, drain blisters appropriately
  • Lock down: Cushion with gauze/fabric bandages; secure with custom tape/duct tape on the dressing
  • Reduce shear at the source: Apply PTFE tape inside the shoe (not on skin) to create a slick “glide path” at hotspots
  • Reset: Adhesive solvent wipes make end-of-day removal easier on skin

Field workflow (quick)

  • Step 1: Catch hotspots early. Clean with BZK or alcohol; dry thoroughly. Apply skin barrier.
  • Step 2: Build the dressing. Cushion with gauze or a fabric bandage; secure with tape or SUPER Duct Tape.
  • Step 3: Blisters: Follow the pamphlet for assessment. Use lancet/needle/blade only if trained, then dress and seal.
  • Step 4: Shoe-side fix with PTFE: Degrease the inside shoe surface, dry, then apply PTFE tape to heel cup, collar, tongue, toe box, or insole where friction occurs. Not for skin.
  • Step 5: Control moisture with foot powder during breaks. At day’s end, remove with adhesive solvent and reassess.

Why it’s different

  • Purpose-built for long, loaded movement, not just day hikes
  • Foot-side protection plus shoe-side glide reduces shear from both directions
  • Compact module drops into a go-bag, admin pouch, glove box, ruck, or first aid kit
